TPS73233DBVR / SOT-23-5 / LDO Voltage Regulators
The TPS732 family of low-dropout (LDO) voltageregulators uses an NMOS pass element in a voltagefollower configuration. This topology is stable usingoutput capacitors with low equivalent seriesresistance (ESR),and even allows operation withouta capacitor. The device also provides high reverseblockage (low reverse current) and ground pin currentthat is nearly constant over all values of outputcurrent.
The TPS732 uses an advanced BiCMOS process toyield high precision while delivering very low dropoutvoltages and low ground pin current. Currentconsumption, when not enabled, is less than 1 UAand ideal for portable applications. The extremely lowoutput noise (30 VRms with 0.1-pF CNR) is ideal forpowering VCOs. These devices are protected bythermal shutdown and foldback current limit.
